Ezekiel and Jayden came out to look at my a/c unit today. The communication for setting the appointment and for their arrival time was great! It was easy to schedule and I knew exactly what time they were coming. They were very professional, kind, young men and I felt very comfortable allowing them in my home. Ezekiel was very informative and explained things in a way I could understand about what needed to be done. He listened to my concerns and we came up with a plan that was what was best for what I could afford today. They completed the work in a timely manner. He informed me of my options going forward and has made himself available if I have any further questions. These two men have left me feeling confident in the work they did and I will definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend this company and these guys specifically!!

Brandon was extremely professional, personable, and thorough! He even uses video to show me what he saw that I couldn't access. The price was fair and the work was done quickly and professionally. Ezekiel was amazing! Having lived in our house for 3 years, I knew it was time have a check up and make sure we were good for the Texas summer. Zeke came out and was on time, super friendly, and extremely professional. He invited me to watch his process and explained each step of his check up with me. After checking the outside compressor, he let me k ow that everything was looking great but that our capacitor was reaching the end of its shelf life based on the stored voltage. He said we did not need to replace it right now but recommended it as a precaution. Our unit is 8 years old and the capacitor has not been replaced either, so I knew this was probably the right time to keep us from an issue with the summer heat approaching. Ezekiel then headed to the attic to check the system and drain lines. He was very knowledgeable and explained each step, even showing me how to do some of the checks myself to keep our system in tip top shape. After checking the system in the attic, Zeke gave us a few recommendations, but did not push anything on me… which I was grateful for… sometimes you feel like you are being pressured into extras… Zeke was not about that. I had him replace our capacitor and finish his inspection. The entire process was extremely easy and I am grateful for people like Ezekiel who are honest and truly care about their customers. Jayden and Ezekiel were outstanding. We did a routine AC tuneup prior to summer for our units. They were friendly, professional, communicated extremely well and were transparent about their findings and advice. They took pictures and outlined everything well. We've used Service Champs for the past few years and they've kept us up and running!
