Good Day Garage Doors Lenoir City

Good Day was prompt, communicative, and their knowledge inspired confidence in selecting their team for a high lift installation. Additionally they provided competitive pricing and solid name brand products compared to other local companies, making it a no brainer. Their install tech David was a pleasure to work. He showed up early and was flexible working around some of the large existing garage equipment. His professionalism and experience of at least 2 decades was evident. The entire operation of the new door is quiet, smooth. It works as it should and it gives a lot of peace of mind to my wife and I. Happily would turn to these guys again. Thanks for the great job

INITIAL INTERACTION, ORDER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE: Extremely happy with this the entire process from start to finish with Good Day Garage Doors and their Team. Lior gave me fair and straight forward pricing while beating out the competitors and working with me to get the doors I wanted vs another competitor trying to force their preferred manufacturer on me. Gina is extremely patient and super sweet, and remained flexible as our install date got moved half a dozen times due to some circumstances with our remodel / build that caused unforeseen delays. Excellent communication with her throughout the entire process. INSTALLATION: The crew arrived when they said they would and completed the install of all 4 doors almost a full day ahead of schedule (2 Door Link glass panel roll up doors for our home gym that actually overlap each other when rolled up, and 2 Anmar Vista Garage doors with Liftmaster wall mount door openers). The crew was quick, efficient, and did a BEAUTIFUL install job of both doors. Attached are some photos-I’ll do a follow up review in a couple months when the remodel is complete to show the overall finished appearance with the house, but for now here’s the doors with the house in progress. Thanks so much to the entire Team at Good Day Garage Doors!

WE REPLACED 3 AUTOMOTIVE SHOP DOORS WITH THEM, AND THEY’RE A COMPLETE PACKAGE!!. ORI AND GINA ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS WELL AS ALL THE INSTALLERS. THE PROCESS WAS FAST, THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES, QUALITY PRODUCT, AND SAME DAY INSTALLATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THANK YOU AND KEEP THE GOOD WORK.

Good Day has GREAT communication. They make you appointment then let you know when their tech will come with a picture of the tech. They were fantastic and fixed what we needed and were done. Reliable is the magic word! Thank you good day!

On time. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Skilled. Friendly. Stars late to finish. Accommodated my schedule. Excellent work. Cleaner when they left then when they got there. Worked with me on a special install situation and used top quality parts. Willing to discuss price and options. Highly recommend.
