Atiyeh Bros. Retail Showroom

After calling several rug companies, Atiyeh Bros. immediately stood out. Some of the other places left me feeling like I was getting a sales pitch, but from the moment we walked into Atiyeh Bros., everyone was genuine, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. We took our silk rug in for cleaning and an appraisal. Cody was exceptionally thorough in explaining the cleaning process, what to expect, and how to properly care for our rug. Rick completed the appraisal, and I could have talked with him for hours. With decades of experience, his knowledge is truly remarkable, but what impressed me even more was how genuine, approachable, and passionate he is. I learned so much just from our conversation. What impressed us most was the integrity of everyone we met. They went above and beyond for us, and it was clear they genuinely care about their customers..... not just making a sale. This was, without question, the best experience we've ever had with a rug company. We highly recommend Atiyeh Bros.!

Great showroom and service to help select the best carpet for my house. In every step, Rick was there to help. I am always greeted in the best way by Ramy, Rick and the rest of the staff. Installation was perfect and quick. In addition, the custom rugs are amazing. I am a happy customer and have only one place to shop for rugs and carpet going forward

The best friendly staff; especially "Rami Khayata", he is the perfect gentleman and an outstanding natural Customer service specialist! I just saw the perfect hand made area rug for my beautiful kitchen. I'm also having my master bathroom carpeted with a fabulous luxury top quality Karstan product. They have professionally cleaned some very valuable area carpets Mom left to me. Excellent job!!

ATIYEH has been my ‘Go To’ for more than 10 years! The I annual rug cleaning special is my reminder to protect my home improvement investment. I appreciate the options for company pickup or my own drop off. I usually opt for drop off, since I can just get it done on my terms. The staff members are always there to unload my items, lay them out for inspection & offer advice on any repairs needed. They even text or give me a call when my ‘floor beauties’ are ready. I especially enjoy spending a few minutes in the spacious showroom. It’s like entering an art gallery with both hanging & touchable floor art from around the world. During my latest visit I was thrilled to learn I can have a staff member bring some rugs to my home, free of charge, so I can see different sizes & styles in place, with no obligation or pressure to buy.

Atiyeh Rugs is my first and only choice for rug purchasing and cleaning for the Portland area. The selection of rugs is outstanding. The knowledge and service of all the staff is excellent. The friendliness and professionalism is consistent and makes selecting rugs and trying them out a pleasure. The rugs we have purchased are beautiful, will last for generations and were competitively priced. I highly recommend them for anyone interested in high quality beautiful rugs for their home.
