I have a vintage oil furnace that has served the home for many decades but was becoming troublesome. Deluxe has been on board servicing periodically, but some aged components started to act up. The depth of experience the service manager has with oil systems brought a level of confidence in the reliability & serviceability of the old unit that helped me update several components that will help with the reliability required. I have been and remain very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend Deluxe for anyone who still enjoys the supreme comfort of an oil furnace and wants to keep it.

Deluxe Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job with our old oil furnace. Other companies either don’t work on oil heating or push for a conversion. Austin came out, and we were able to upgrade to a new oil burner at a reasonable price. It’s nice to have techs like Austin and companies like Deluxe around for our oil needs.

Excellent service! We received our second furnace and heat pump service today from Deluxe H&C technician Austin, and once again, the experience was outstanding. Austin called ahead to let us know his arrival time and arrived promptly as scheduled. After I explained my concerns and questions, Austin listened carefully and provided clear, knowledgeable answers. He even repeated my concerns back to me and explained exactly how he planned to investigate and report his findings, which gave me a great sense of confidence and reassurance. I felt completely comfortable and safe having him in my home. Once the service was completed, Austin thoroughly explained his findings and discussed several possible causes of a noise I had been hearing while the system was running. He also took the time to address an additional concern I had with the thermostat. Not only did he resolve the issue, but he patiently taught us how to properly use the thermostat the way we had intended but couldn’t figure out on our own. Austin’s customer service was exceptional, and I will absolutely continue requesting Deluxe H&C for future service on our equipment. From the friendly and professional scheduling call to the service appointment itself, Deluxe earns an A++ from me!

The folks at Deluxe Heating and Cooling are wonderful! I worked with them on a project for our church, and was so impressed, we used them for our home. First, they serviced our old heat pump to help us get more use out of it before replacing. When it finally gave up the ghost, we purchased our new heat pump from Deluxe.
