Atiyeh Brothers Portland Rug & Carpet Cleaning

I had a bedroom carpet remnant that I wanted cut down and rebound into a hallway runner. I called around and was referred to Atiyeh Brothers. They were amazing! They were knowledgeable, professional, and their shop was cool to visit. The work was done in a timely manner and the results are beautiful. I highly recommend their services for all your carpet needs!

Our journey to find a perfect 6’ round rug began with searching several web sites that again and again advertised low quality poly rugs. Our journey ended when we walked through the doors at Atiyeh Bros and met Rick. Rick listened to our story, looked at our pictures, understood what we were seeking, and then informed us of the options we had. We were shown the perfect selections, we were provided with patience and excellent customer service. We took samples home and found our perfect color and style. We have our beautiful, high quality rug now and it brings us so much joy, it’s perfect, just like the service we received at Atiyeh Bros. Thank you, Rick.

Working with Rami was such a pleasure. There was a specific pattern and size I was looking for to replace the existing carpet on our stairs. Rami helped source the material and worked closely with me to ensure the right pattern was to my liking. There was a long lead time but he kept me informed throughout the process. When it came time to install, the contractor did a seamless job and was very professional. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Couldn’t recommend Atiyeh more for any carpenting needs!

My husband and I purchased 2 rugs at Atiyeh Brothers - one hand-loomed and one fabricated from carpeting. Before buying, we spent at least a couple of hours at the store in two separate visits. Rick and other team members flipped over so many rugs and patiently answered questions with zero pressure to buy. After listening to our goals and learning about our use of the rugs, Rick suggested the possibility of a fabricated rug (basically wall-to-wall carpeting cut to size and bound nicely on the edges) as a potentially more cost-effective way to handle one space where we needed a rug. We appreciated that he didn't push the most expensive thing in the store, and the new fabricated rug is perfect - it pleases me every time I see it, which is often as it is under our dining table. As for the hand-loomed rug - we did find one we liked so much that we wanted to consider it for another area of the house. Rick arranged to bring it out so we could see it in our house before we made our final decision. Rick came out with another employee (sorry, I forgot his name!) and it was kinda cool that the guy on the sales floor actually made the delivery, too. I didn't feel like we were just a transaction to him. And the rug - I love it more every time I see it. I feel we paid a very reasonable price for both rugs. They were not inexpensive - but we knew we wanted something that would look good 10 years from now. I feel confident they will .

Absolutely wonderful customer service that made me and my rug feel extra special. Brought our old wool Karastan rug back to life with edge repair and cleaning. Exceptional craftsmanship and highest quality cleaning!
