2025-10-16I just wanted to share how helpful a man named Pat is! I had accidentally transferred money into a wrong account and called frantically hoping they could help me reverse it. He went above and beyond to help me. He has called me multiple times with updates as to how he was able to help me get it reversed. I was honestly in shock that he followed up with me because I figured no one would. His customer service is beyond amazing and I just want to thank him for all his help. Pat deserves a raise for his hard work!! Thanks again for all you help Pat!!!
