A cozy little gem in Boonton. My wife and I stopped into Wasabi Bistro for a Saturday lunch and had a great experience. The vibe is warm and inviting—nothing fancy or over-the-top, just really comfortable and welcoming. Service was great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of the food. I went with the sushi + sashimi lunch special and it was delicious. My wife had the ginger chicken lunch box which came with a mix of things (see pics)—also really tasty and a great value. We’ll definitely be returning.

Food was spectacular! Service was friendly and ambiance during late lunch on Saturday was very cozy. I had mushrooms soup, spicy kani salad, salmon and mango tartar (OMG) and springtime roll. I've never been so positively surprised about a last second stop to eat in between errands. Highly recommend
