Lansing Urgent Care - Mason

Review for recent care at Mason facility: Thank you all for being so kind, patient, and helpful. When you feel so sick you don't want to leave bed, much less the house, but know you need to be seen by a medical professional, it's comforting to find folks who genuinely care and want to help; and help at your pace, not theirs. The facility was clean and well maintained. It is quite tech-forward with their online and arrival check-in options, queue update board, and population of information to their patient charting system. The MA took time to make sure my chart was up-to-date, including verifying and updating several meds allergies, my current medications list, and medical conditions. They gave everything their full attention, and I never once felt as if there wasn't a genuine desire to help. With so many instances elsewhere these days of inattentive, unbothered-with-patient-care medical personnel, it's a relieved feeling to know you're being heard, helped, and cared about as a person. The doctor was amazing. They were down-to-earth, attentive, patient, and listened to understand. They asked questions pertinent to the symptoms, as well as those important to who I am as a person, and were well-versed in my medical history and particular pre-existing conditions that would affect my treatment options. It was refreshing to know they had read my chart and knew to whom they were coming to speak. My questions, sometimes repeated, were answered with kindness and concern, rather than with ire and sighs of frustration at repetition. If medical facilities are looking for models of desirable and effective staffing characteristics, look at these staff members. They not only drive (genuine) patient care and retention, they affect your bottom line by generating loyalty, patient satisfaction, and word-of-mouth referrals. Understanding it's a privilege being chosen to provide a patient's care, rather than seeing patients as a necessary burden with which to be dealt, is a truly healthy business model. Thank you to all the staff at Lansing Urgent Care - Mason. You were exactly what was needed, and you met me where I was rather than where it was most convenient for you. Your commitment to giving "care" did not go unnoticed, nor will it be forgotten. You are appreciated.

We came on the right day, walked right in, everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable about an appointment I was nervous about, Montana was great she took her time with me and explained everything.. and made me feel at ease. The nurse was awesome too.. I was impressed too how a patient in the waiting room need some extra help and the nurse who called her back took her time with her to help her to her room, she was so patient with her.. gold star for her 😁 hoping to feel better soon with the meds I was given, thank you.

This facility is one of the best facilities that I have gone to. They are always so kind and considerate and listen to everything that I need to say. Wait times are always less. The whole overall experience is quick and easy, just such a great friendly staff. I've never had a bad experience and have gone here for several years. It is also extremely clean.

I was in and out in under 45 minutes, back home in under a hour feeling relief. The receptionist was kind, patient and efficient, The medical assistant was a joy and listened intently, she was born for the medical field. Finally the person who handled my discharge was clear with follow up instructions and very pleasant. 10/10 for everyone today, thank you! Finally, Angela was the perfect balance of problem solver and empathetic human.

Staff was great! Was a little hard pre registering, it made me miss my appt time because it took a while. Had to do it again when I walked in. The lady at the counter was very helpful to make it go quicker.
