Lansing Urgent Care - Frandor

This clinic is a great example of how a medical practice should be run. The entire team works together seamlessly, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Scheduling my appointment online was quick and easy. Everyone took the time to clearly explain medications, treatment options, and next steps, so I always felt informed and confident about my care. What impressed me most was their reliability. If they said they would be back in 10 minutes, they were back in 10 minutes. Brandon, the PA, was incredibly knowledgeable, even more so than some physicians I have seen in the past. The professionalism, communication, and consistency of care here have earned my trust. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality healthcare.

We can in for a migraine for my fiance, we had Teja as our nurse, he was amazing from the very minute he called us back. He very obviously read my finances intake form, because immediately he asked if he would like the lights lowered. He spoke in a calm quiet voice and was very considerate of his pain level. He was very personable and passionate, amazing bedside manner.

Lansing Urgent Care Bath and Frandor were great tonight! Ankle injury playing soccer so went to the Bath location close to our house. They didn’t have an xray machine so they got me all registered at Frandor location, let them know I was on the way since the xray closed in 30 minutes, and transferred my insurance info. The entire staff at Frandor was incredibly nice, knew who I was when I got there, was accommodating, got me right in, read the xray, and got me on my way in less than 30 minutes. Thanks to everyone who was working tonight! I appreciate you!

The young lady that came in to give me my medication was not professional. She did not introduce herself, did not tell me what medication I was going to be taken or what it was for. Had me sign for it. Told me to follow her to the front. I had to ask if the medication was for me because it was sitting on the counter. The first bad experience I had. Overall provider was good and the intake tech was good.

The care here was outstanding! All staff was so friendly and helpful. A big shout out to John Daniels who was very intuitive and had great bedside manner. He made going to the doctors less nerve racking and more comfortable!
