View all 786 reviews on GoogleI scheduled an appt at Lansing Urgent Care today and got there and Brittany at the front desk was extremely rude to me, told me I didn't have an appt and I would need to sign in as a walk in. She was so rude and unhelpful, I ended up leaving and tears. I still need to be seen for treatment, but I promise to never go back to be treated so rudely by Brittany again. I have 2 text messages that I had an appt and was extremely polite as I am a people manager in the service industry. Brittany needs training on how to be polite to customers as she is my first and long lasting impression of your business
2026-06-15I would definitely recommend this place I’m a truck driver and was in the area needing a quick check-up, so I did a walk-in. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the process was smooth. The waiting time was a bit long, but they are currently transitioning into a new system. Overall, it was fantastic.
2026-06-11Great service. Wait time can be a little long, but the Dr and staff there are extremely friendly and helpful. Every Dr i have seen there has had great bedside manners and has always been through with my needs. Glad theyre just around the corner.
2026-04-17I barely sat down and the receptionist called me up, told me I was all set. Then the medical assistant called me back right away; I do not think I was even sitting down in the waiting room 5 minutes at the most. The medical assistant was great. Steve by far blew my expectations of a really good clinician out of the water. He came in and told me that I did not have strep, it looks different in adults, but I did have a cold which comes with an inflamed throat this year. Today’s experiences was one of my best yet!!!!
2026-04-30Had an appointment set for 12:45/1pm window, but wasn’t taken into a room until 3:15pm. But once I got back in a room it was amazing. Great CNA, amazing provider. Was given IV fluids for severe dehydration, and some meds for nausea and head cold. I will go back and recommend to others.
