View all 117 reviews on GoogleDanville Music and the gentleman DC that worked with me are hands DOWN the greatest, kindest, most easy to work with people I have ever made a purchase from, Not only did the get back to EVERY email I sent in a matter of 30min tops, They packed and shipped my order out within 15min!!!! of paying!. This guitar is a very very important purchase. I lost my best friend and co-guitarist many years ago and we dreamed of ESP customs as teens and with the help and love of Danville Music that dream came true. 50/10
2026-04-17I've shopping at Danville Music for over 5 years. They have the best selection of high end PRS guitars, Suhr, Fender, and even Gibson. The entire staff is super nice. Adam and Cameron are great, as are Nathan, Dave, and Lance. I've traded several guitars over the ears, purchased several, and recently ordered a custom build through them. I can honestly say this place is the best. If you're in the bay area you need to go check them out. If you're buying online you need to check them out.
2026-07-29Seriously the best guitar store I’ve ever been to in my ~10 years playing guitar. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and all of their equipment and guitars are just beautiful (with a lot of variety too). Their prices are extremely reasonable, some even being cheaper than online / amazon. If you’re looking for a store and you’re in the area you should seriously come here.
2025-12-17I went in a few months ago with my eye on a beautiful Les Paul Standard 50's but would not be able to afford it without a trade involving multiple guitars... I went in thinking I would need to leave three guitars behind to get it but to my pleasant surprise, I only had to leave two behind. Stellar deal! Top-dollar for my trades paid! I was sooo pleased with the deal I went in last week and did the same for a new American Vintage II 1951 Telecaster. Totally worth the 75-ish mile trek from the Central Valley. Both times I left saying "I feel like I just robbed you guys." It will be a while before I can buy another guitar and I'm pretty much out of trades to offer, but I will absolutely be back here for the next one!
2026-07-07I had written a review over a year and half ago and it has mysteriously vanished, so here's another. I bought a 1959 Les Paul from them in June of 2024 and the service and instrument were flawless. I had the pleasure of working with Cameron and the two Daves and they were amazing! My guitar was set up to my exact specifications before I took it home. Thank you Danville Music!!! -David
